Trauma-Informed Divorce Support Group
Divorce is more than a legal process—it's an emotional transition that can stir deep grief, anxiety, loss, and uncertainty. For many, it can also resurface past wounds or trauma responses that make it even harder to navigate.
This support group integrates a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how separation and systemic stressors affect the nervous system, sense of identity, and core safety.

Women’s Loss of a Mother Therapeutic Group
This in-person group led by Ria Ferich, LPC-Associate offers a compassionate and trauma-informed space to explore the layers of loss that emerge when a mother passes. Grief is not linear, and we honor that each woman’s journey is shaped by her history, values, and the roles she has carried—often in silence.
Rooted in Adlerian therapy, the group explores how early relational patterns and beliefs continue to influence how we grieve, care for ourselves, and create meaning. Together, we’ll reflect not only on our loss but how we can understand this loss and how we wish to live going forward.
